Ryan, a former professional baseball player with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Bachelor of Science graduate at the University of Cincinnati, has a passion for human performance & development. Specializing in functional strength training incorporating plyometrics, mobility, and heart rate variability (HRV) training into practice. Ryan dedicates his work through 8 years of experience training under his professional baseball career and other performance coaches.
What’s important to Performance House, as to Ryan, is to continue education & research of science based studies, and encountering mentorships nationwide. Ryan designs programs for his clients including active warm-up routines, mobility, core activation, and other emphases to enhance athletic abilities of movement and strength. Ryan has worked with high performing professionals such as corporate executives, small business owners, and athletes at the professional level.
Ryan has enjoyed being a performance coach for the last 9 years and helping others achieve high levels of success. He believes there are multiple ways to approach training and that is what’s great about Ryan, he listens and understands client needs. Outside of PH you can catch Ryan at a sporting event, local coffee shops, new restaurants, traveling, and enjoying a donut on his birthday!
