Pro Athletes

Founded by a former professional baseball pitcher, PH understands the training needed for a professional athlete to sustain peak performance, injury prevention, and longevity in their sport.

PH currently trains several professional and division one college athletes including Ryan Noda of the Oakland Athletics and Katie Lund, Goalkeeper for Racing Louisville in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

  • Sport specific training and nutrition:  Our health professionals can work with you to create a research-based sport specific training program designed to improve your performance, but also reduce injury, foster recovery, and longevity in your sport.

College Athletes

Founded by a former University of Cincinnati and professional baseball pitcher, PH understands the training needed for a college athlete to sustain peak performance, injury prevention, and longevity in their sport.

  • Custom training and nutrition programs:    Our health professionals can work with you to create a research-based sport specific training and nutrition program designed to improve your performance, but also reduce injury, foster recovery, and longevity in your sport.

  • Goal-oriented focus:  Our health instructors will consult with you to develop performance goals and build a program that will help you thrive in a division one college environment.

Youth Athletes

Most youth athletes train based upon a generic “one-size fits all” approach in high schools or sports programs.  Working with our health instructors at PH, we can help youth athletes holistically develop athletically so their performance is maximized.

  • Athlete focused training:  Youth athletes have varying developmental stages and physical capabilities. A one-size-fits-all approach might not address the unique areas they need to work on for success in their sport.

  • Improved performance:  A trainer’s specialized knowledge can help youth athletes excel in their sport by identifying strengths and weaknesses and targeting the areas that need improvement to elevate their game.

  • Injury prevention: Preventing injuries is crucial for long-term success in sports. Personal trainers help athletes build strength in key areas, develop flexibility, and educate them on recovery practices that minimize injury risks.

  • Develop healthy habits early: Developing healthy habits early sets the foundation for long-term success, both in sports and overall well-being. Trainers help youth athletes understand the relationship between nutrition, rest, and performance, creating a balanced lifestyle.
