Group Classes

Performance House Interval Training

Performance House offers several 60-minute group fitness classes throughout the week that combine strength training and cardiovascular fitness.  The advantages to these classes are:

  • Motivation and accountability:  The energy of others can push you to work harder than you might on your own.  Working in a community setting keeps you motivated and accountable. 

  • Expert guidance:  Our health instructors hold University Degrees in the health and fitness fields.  Each instructor can provide guidance on proper form, technique, and modifications that reduces the risk of injury and ensures you’ll achieve results.

  • Variety and fun:  The variety in group fitness classes helps prevent workout boredom. Group classes foster a sense of community and camaraderie – this can be a big motivator to form relationships with people with similar fitness goals.
