Ryan with Performance House is the best trainer I have ever come across. He is extremely intentional with his programming and exercise choices he chooses. They're all very specific to your goals, your pain points, and your style. He's creative and thorough and since seeing Ryan, it's the best I have ever felt; both physical movement and strength/power and knowledge behind why and what I'm doing. I came into Ryan with some hip issues that get encouraged with running (that I still continue to do) and he has helped me control the issue through breath + mobility; inside and outside of his facility.
