I started training at Performance House because I wanted to challenge myself and improve my overall fitness. After I met Ryan, I knew I made the right choice.

He asked me what my goals were, what style of training I’ve done before this, and helped me find strengths and weaknesses in my overall fitness. Each workout is tailor made to me and my needs and I truly feel like I am getting better every day. Ryan is an excellent motivator and he keeps me locked in throughout the workout.

I’ve never been as strong, flexible, fast, or explosive as I am today. Thank you Performance House!!

Morgan is absolutely amazing! Weight & insecurities are extremely personal. She was always positive and excited to answer all my questions honestly and enthusiastically, no matter how silly they sounded. Morgan truly valued our time together & provided me with lifelong nutrition knowledge.

Combined with Ryan’s technique of flexibility and strength training, my entire well-being took off! My goal was to feel better, lose weight, & change my physique without feeling like I was on a restricted diet or ridiculous training routine.

Fast forward I am down 30 pounds, feel stronger and healthier than I did in my early 20’s. I still enjoy all of my favorite foods. I am strong, proud, and accomplished and wouldn’t be my best without Morgan & Ryan.
